The Roman Foccacia Story:

Master Baker/owner Tim always talks about how school children in Rome eat this bread for breakfast. He perfected his recipe while baking in Italy. Crunchy on the outside and light and airy inside, we bake two versions –rosemary or sea salt.

Ingredients:

King Arthur unbleached enriched wheat flour, water, yeast, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, rosemary.
