The Wild Yeast Sourdough Miche Story:

Our miche harkens back to days when people took turns using communal ovens to bake for their families. Folks would bake a large loaf of bread to last until their next turn. Weighing in at 79 oz., bring the whole loaf home for a special occasion or we'll cut it into quarters. A 72-hour fermentation period and freshly milled organic spelt and rye berries makes this a fresh tasting bread that is easy to digest.

Ingredients:

King Arthur unbleached enriched wheat flour, water, levain (natural sourdough starter) organic spelt berries, organic rye berries, salt.
