The Wild Yeast Sourdough Story:


Our sourdough ferments for up to 72 hours. The long slow fermentation acts as a form of pre-digestion, breaking down proteins including gluten. The vitamins and minerals from the grains remain, making this a healthy food, full of nutrients.

For those sensitive to gluten, this is a great choice.

Ingredients:

King Arthur unbleached enriched wheat, water, organic spelt berries, organic rye berries, Levain (natural sourdough starter).
