The Cinnamon Raisin Story:

Raisins and cinnamon are folded into this classic buttermilk bread. We don't slice this one (the raisins stick to the slicer blades). Makes a world class french toast.

Ingredients:

King Arthur unbleached enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, Niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour), water, natural buttermilk, honey, raisins, cinnamon, sunflower oil, salt yeast.
